   Hi guys, nice discussion.

   Something that struck me while listening to your review is that project v operational isn’t 100% binary. If you have operatonal processes scatterred thoughout the project – well, projects have lots of overhead and this is an opportunity to shrink it.

   Scheduling is not planning per se, but is still neccessary. That’s beyond the scope of what I was talking about.

   Thanks Craig. I think you and I had some back and forth on your blog after Bas and I recorded this one, and I think we’re more on the same page than the podcast seems to indicate.
