Something that struck me while listening to your review is that project v operational isn&#039;t 100% binary.  If you have operatonal processes scatterred thoughout the project - well, projects have lots of overhead and this is an opportunity to shrink it.

Scheduling is not planning per se, but is still neccessary.  That&#039;s beyond the scope of what I was talking about.
