WUPM #5 – Methodology, What Makes a Good PM and more… WUPM #7 – Project Rework and Decentralized Diversity
Jan 04

This week we talk about how to be an expert (or how to not suck) through continuous improvement.  Second, we chat about how a holiday gift stimulated one project manager to recommit herself to improving her relationships through improved communication skills.

Note:  We are going to try to keep episodes shorter from now on, around the 10-15 minute range.  If you have feedback, send us an email!

Leave a comment – what do you think about the expert vs competent practitioner question and the 10,000 hour rule?

PS: Sorry about the audio quality on this one, we had some problems with Skype or something. We’ll see if we can get it fixed for the next show.

    Hey guys!

Thanks for the birthday shout out! It was a very nice surprise to have you mention my birthday, Josh, and happy birthday to you as well.

I am really enjoying the WUPM series – definitely like the back and forth between you guys – makes for an interesting podcast. Reminds me a bit of Jay and Sterling on the Internet Business Mastery podcast where they review what each of them have been up to over the past week.

Keep up the good work and let me know if I can “drop by the show” sometime!

Thanks Ron, and hope you had a great birthday!

I think it would be awesome to have you on the show sometime. Let’s see if we can make that happen.
